The list describes the feature requests under consideration, planned and release

End to End Encryption (enable the ability to encrypt emails/attachments before sending, so that only Nanonets can decrypt them)

Customer wants to ensure that their customers' data is securely handled. To adhere with their company's security requirements around handling customer data, they want the ability to encrypt emails/attachments before sending to Nanonets, so that only Nanonets can decrypt them.

Ability to search the workflow by the workflow name as well. For example, if I am an accounting company, and I want to see classification, invoice and PO workflows for client XYZ, I can type XYZ in the search box and only 3 workflows show up pertaining to the particular client

For users with multiple workflows in their account (>10 for example), it becomes difficult to find the right workflow as the search button currently only works with model IDs. Especially for service based companies handling multiple clients, it becomes tedious to find the right workflow that they want to work within.

Enable users to: show new fields from the file (similar to how it's done in Extract Data); allow users to edit the name of the files

User finds it difficult to view, manage, and organize files in Training Files tab

Execute the block regardless if input field is present or not in all pages

Advanced Python Block does not run if input field is not in all pages of the document

Teams are confused/frustrated that models and external integrations are tied to a single account (often that of the person who started the project). That team cannot easily transfer ownership from one person to another without re-config and risking the production model. Relevant if the owner leaves the team/company Users/Admins cannot rename team from "Jason's team" to the name of the company.

Being able to bulk tag files for the same format. EG: Customer uploads 100 fiels from the same format, they want to be able to select all 100 files and fill the field for supplier name in one move for example

Labelling individual documents for the same supplier / vendor

Customer Cathago adds comments to rejected files, always using the same comments. Wondered if we can add a filter type for comments, so they can view rejected files and filter for a comment. EG: Rejected Files ? Filter comment: Rejected by Cathago, Rejected by Nanonets, Rejected due to incorrect email address etc

Filter by comment type

Implement a new filtering type - where customers can filter by documents over a certain number of pages. For example: Files uploaded today, secondary filter for files with >5 pages

Want to be able to add myself to the client team on eu.nanonets, eu-open, in.nanonets. Currently have to ask someone from tech to add us.

Enable google translate plug-in as a right click feature on NN

Customer wants to use google translate chrome plug-in to translate Chinese language documents. This will enable them to read and sense check / correct annotations. Adding call recording below for more details.
